Board Director

Winston Fant

As Head of Commercial Real Estate Treasury Services, Winston Fant leads JPMorgan Chase’s focus on optimizing and executing real estate companies’ payments and liquidity strategies across the globe. Since joining in 2017, Winston developed JPMorgan Chase’s coverage and capabilities to provide world class solutions and service for the real estate industry. He was awarded the Commercial Real Estate Tech Influencer of the Year award by GlobeSt in 2022.

Winston graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. He holds the Certified Treasury Professional designation and received GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum’s Diversity Champion award in 2021 for advocating for women and diversity in the real estate industry.

Winston lives in Plano, Texas with his wife and two children. While he loves music, it became apparent when attempting to play the piano and trombone at an early age that Winston’s musical ability would not develop much past the third grade level. Though he does not play, Winston found his early exposure to classical music foundational to his appreciation of it today, and is a strong proponent of access for everyone (whether or not their talents develop past the third grade).
